About Kelly

Kelly has been painting and drawing all her life.  After many years in the corporate world Kelly decided to make a career change and studied to become an art therapist and counsellor so she could use her love of art to help others.

Kelly is a prolific tea drinker, enjoys journaling & doodling, she loves creating mindful pieces of art and gets lots of inspiration from her garden.

Specialising in Women and Children's Mental Health and Enhancing Family Dynamics

Kelly is dedicated to empowering women and children to enhance their mental health and improve family dynamics through compassionate counseling and art therapy. She believes in the transformative power of creative expression and personalised therapy sessions to help individuals navigate their emotions effectively and lead a more fulfilling life.

Therapeutic Approaches

Kelly integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, art therapy, and mindfulness practices, to address the unique needs of each client and promote holistic well-being.

Professional Background

Kelly is a certified art therapist, dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical care to support her clients' mental wellness journeys.  She currently works one day a week at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Chris O'Brien Lifehouse and runs her private practice in the beautiful Hawkesbury region of NSW.  Kelly is a member of the Australian Community Counselling Association.
