At Artfulness, we take great care in producing and shipping our artwork, and we offer a partial refund return policy for your convenience:
Return Period: You may return the artwork within 14 days of receiving it.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Conditions for Returns: The artwork must be in its original condition.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at kelly@artfulness.com.au. We will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork.
Refund Method: Once we have received the artwork in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price, minus the 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost, to your original payment method
